THE IDEA
For the launch of Lululemon’s brand Ambassador, Hazel Wallace new book, ‘Not just a Period, we hosted a workshop focused on women’s health focusing on a guided strength training session, followed by light bites and an insightful Q&A.
THE PROCESS
Hazel led beginner-friendly strength training session for 50 guests in a structure of 2 groups of 25 of Hazel community members, with one heading to run in central London and the other group participating in a yoga class. Using Mortimer House as a venue, we designed shareable moments and touches, light branding of the space to encourage UGC with wall decals, vinyls, coffee cups, photo wall as well as a hero stage for Hazel to host the Q&A.
